needleshy Posted March 4, 2014 Share hey there been on here for a while but never posted anything so here goes: Been riding for 2 years now and been through a few pairs of gloves already, the more expensive ones are only lasting roughly 6-8 months, the previous 2 pairs were Giro, the Monaco LF lasted roughly 8 months and after a fall they tore up pretty bad, so I thought I'd try the Giro Remedy, they started pulling apart at the seam of the thumb and palm as well as tearing through on the sides of the fingers after about 4 months & after yet another fall the palm has torn 6 months in ....... I need to buy a new pair of gloves real soon and i'm not really keen on forking out another 450 South African Ronds if it aint gonna last, so my question is... braailegend Posted March 4, 2014 Share My go to gloves, FOX dirtpaws, excellent quality Paid round R300 for mine, will buy them again if one day they decide to conk out. Even wash them every 3rd week to add to the wear factor, and still no signs of going. North Shore Posted March 5, 2014 Share The Dakine range has been my most comfortable, and longest lasting glove although they're hard to find. The Sentinel has tons of extra padding and still breathes well, also have their Cross X glove.
