Wiley Posted June 24, 2014 Share I rode blue and yellow on Saturday - lots of fun, great trails! The blue is really nice easy going, fast single track, EXCEPT the floating bridge which is a little tricky (there is an alternative route around the dam though) and towards the end the trail does have some technical sections, that section def. not for beginners.The yellow is really great, I would say it is fair to call it intermediate, although I had to get off twice for some tricky very steep ascents :-( maybe next time with a little momentum and courage...), lots of fun! Disappointed to read that I should have received deposit back for the number board. Three of us rode and paid R50 each, no deposit back. Perhaps I missed it in the details but would be nice of the fellow at the desk to also let a client know!Still, fine trails, will be back. Your Hero MTB festival. Will you have entry on the day or within a few days of the event? I work out of SA and am due to be home for 9th August, but, no guarantee.
