Maybe go back a "few years" and enjoy the mastery of Rocky .... the one with the unfortunate "Aaaddrriiaaan" part in it. A really brilliant and well shot movie :P

Wife asked if I wanted to watch the movies, but I am not a fan of boxing (thanks to my grandfather)

Bit I know they are great movies, but not my genre that I enjoy.

It was a great idea, badly executed. Maybe needed to be a bit longer, some subplots felt rushed.

Michael Bay is becoming a bit tedious now.

Me and the wife started watching it and after 30 minutes looked at each other and stopped watching. To be honest I said to my wife one can see it is a Micheal Bay movie without watching the credits. His movies has almost no plot and neither flow, and not really interesting.

Watched Ford vs Ferrari yesterday. About the birth of the Ford GT40.

For a petrol head I'd have liked more about the car and less "hollywood style racing" scenes, but entertaining none the less.

Watched Marriage Story, excellent movie. Modern day Kramer vs Kramer.

Great acting from Driver imho. Next day I took my lad to see Star Wars and I had a moment or 2 of dissonance watching him in that.

The Dukes of Hazzard

I never get tired of that movie, and each time I watch it, it makes me want to drive a 1969 Dodge Charger.

Ford v Ferrari (2019) 8/10, maybe even a 9. Will watch it again when I get a proper HD copy. Screener is good quality, though - totally watchable.

The story you probably know, but James Mangold is such a great storyteller I didn't even feel the time pass.

Watched The Last of the Mochicans again today as the boys have never seen it.. damm that is still a great movie with and incredible musical score.

DDL must surely be one of the greatest actors of all time.

Without a doubt.

And while the boys are at it they should watch In the name of the Father too... which is my favourite movie.

Snap!... The fact that Peter Poselthwaite never got an Oscar for that is a tragedy. I think it went to Tommy Lee Jones for the fugitive

While they're at they can watch there will be blood with DDL and Paul Dano!

That final scene is the stuff of legends
