I watched the new Borat.  Hmmmm.  I didn't enjoy it and there were quite a few cringeworthy scenes.  I actually stopped about 3/4 in and haven't felt the need to finish watching it.

I could never see what others saw in the Borat movies. To me them all were just utter garbage.

Ma Rainey's Black Bottom (2020) 7/10.

I was expecting a bio-pic with lots of blues and got a very intense, dramatic play instead. Not really my thing so I probably wouldn't have watched it if I'd known. Still, great cast and great script. Viola Davis and Chadwick Boseman are riveting to watch.

Just looked at this now on Netflix and was also keeping it aside with the idea that it would be a good blues kind of vibe.

We watched TENET last week. A total mindscrew of a movie. Loved the music in the movie playing correct on the one team and reverse on the reverse team. Not a movie you fall asleep in and pick up where you woke up again. You have to focus a fair bit in the movie

Watched it in stop and starts over the last few days.

Now to do the revision on 'inversion' on the movie review websites.

Great cinematography, special effects and plot. Some twists that bend my mind.

7/10
