Stolen Specialized bike

My hubbys Specialized Camber red and white mountain bike was stolen out of our garage in Edgemead, over the weekend. Please call Mark on 083 498 4128, if spotted! Thank you.

I had a Camber in gold, black and white colours stolen a few months ago but still no sign of it! Glad you managed to get yours back

It wasn't specified on the insurance, unfortunately. Placed an alert for "Specialized" on Gumtree, saw it was advertised. (More than a month later). Worked with the Detective on the case, found out where the guy worked (via Facebook and Google) and Detective went to advertiser, found out he had sold it to someone else, went and collected it!

How did you create an alert on Gumtree?

Hi

Go onto Gumtree, type "Specialized" and choose Western Cape as the location. Then on the page there is a button, "Create an alert". Everytime someone posts anything with the word "specialized", Gumtree will send you an email. Good luck!

Glad you got your baby back. I had a bike stolen out of my garage in Westhoven Street Edgemead last year. Now I have no more housemate and a bike room instead.
