So that weekend is probably going to cost about 6k. Amazing what we will do to get that rush...

Yip- for me and the missus were already at R 15 k. Including flight, car rental, accommodation until the 13th, We always make a little holiday of it- lekker sonder the kids.

and here most capetonians who can be tourists in our own city and do plenty of other beautiful rides complain about race entry fees... :whistling:  :whistling:  :whistling:

how does it work if i want to sell my entry ?

in the 2oceans marathon you can do a proper substitution, and then the new runner gets the entry.

does it work the same way with the cycle tour (argus) ?

i dont want someone to race under "my name / profile "

dont want to make a profit, just want to get back what i paid.

reason for selling - broke my hand 2 weeks ago at jonkershoek - and i want to take a break from all cycling for a while - so dont think i want to do the cycle tour (argus).

will run 2oceans instead.

please dont reply/message me asking for my entry - i have friends that are already interested and will sell it to one of them. i am only asking how the process works if i do decide to sell it
