Do you shake your wife's hand when it's her birthday ?

One's wife should be your best friend and the one person you should be able to be the most brutally honest with.

But on a different note, if Dips does not want the mother of my kids, I will pull in.

thats how "we" see it

when you sending your kids pocket money, low life

Dunno maybe I understand this statement incorrectly. You said: And this nonsense of bad mouthing the police needs to stop,

It was in reply to this; "And Besides, what help are the authorities these days ? - Oops did I just sterotype someone.." (post #71..)

You are lucky you have buddies. When I was a kid we had to pretend the dogs were our friends.

But on a more serious note... How was he going to afford an XT cassette and chain replacement? I can hardly afford it. Or when it was shot was your buddie going to replace it for him? Just a thought!!

he may have just replaced it with a deore when the time came ?

Last time I checked a deore casette and chain fits onto an XT groupo. My buddy has trained Sundowns to wash and lube bikes so on a Saturday after a ride he does a decent job for R20 a bike after he finished in the garden. He even tensioned a loose spoke that I missed the other day. We were thinking of sending him on a bike mech course. Hy's beslis nie dom nie, sukkel net bietjie met die Ingils.

A buddy of mine gave his gardener an old Schwinn frame, kitted with ancient XTR. People only confronted him for two days. After that, he had stuffed the bike up so good and solid that there were no doubts as to who it belonged. The transformation was fast and somewhat shocking.

Sure you get those. Then you get guys that take your old hiking boots that you want to throw out, polish them up and re-sole them so that they look good for another good couple of years.
