No big dramas for me. all bikes have issues: I have previously had Trek, Scott, Fuji, Specialized, Giant and now onto Momsens. Difficult to understand what is the main problems here, but whatever it is I hope you have a bike again for the Karoo to Coast. I have a Medium AL829. So, I don't think it would fit you or I would have offered my bike to you, Slakke3, even though I don't even know you. It is not fun to sit out a race that you have invested in so much of your time and money.
