The "I hate Specialized" Bandwagon...... what's the deal?

My household is now properly Specialized after buying my wife an Epic on Friday. Will post in the black bikes thread

personally i think each to his own. each rider gets the bike he or she feels comfy with. I dont have a spez, but admire them from a distance. I give a hoot about what other people think or say about my bike (fuji roubaix 1.1) , cause they didnt pay for it. It works for me :-)

I believe that Spaz bikes are some of the most beautiful creations in the cycling industry, but unfortunately many of the Spaz riders are pricks kitted out like a Las Vegas advertising campaign for Spaz. I have nothing against the brand but not to fond of the riders, I have noticed this changing but the majority are still a bit iffy (much like BMW drivers  ). 

 

Then with regards to the Canondale with only half a fork... I shall leave it there.

When i was digging around B2B

 

I managed to find just the boxes and the screws on their own. so no need to buy the cages and tools. just the swat box. also seen one guys mount his to his seatpost at the bottom and attach a bottle cage to it. (think it was on a cannondale) worked really well
