Need to try and find out which part of Soweto it was seen, will help narrow it down where as is too big a place. There quite a few commuter routes such as Chris Hani Dr or Koma St or Elias Motsoaledi Rd just to name 3. I am in that area every other week on construction projects, in fact was there today. Will keep an eye out whenever there if you don't come right finding it soon!

I'll really appreciate it thanks

Dips check out the freedomride dude on the "cyclepaths are coming to jhb" thread, surely he will have better understanding of the popular paths and could possible have some eyes out looking.

Sorry, posting from tapatalk, so struggling to,link threads and search usernames..

Yip you right,

More just my problem of patience I want to go now , not clever but this waiting game doesn't work for me, and I know that bike is getting dropped ,bent , stripped abused by the hour, I can just imagine this ass putting a chain around it and tying it to a lamp post :(

Hey dips... I do hope he is using a big lock and chain do that the bike does not get stolen.

Again.

Things are looking up here, hoe you come right.

He could possibly work in the crown mines, booysens area. Lots of industrial workers in this area. The missus works in booysens and lots of the factory staff live in Soweto. Will print pic and get her to show them. Never know, could get lucky.

Dips...have you told the cop shop yet about the reward?

I am sure there will be many guys out there who would find the frame in their free time with that reward and the cops should know where to look and when to look.....Just saying

I can tell you one thing and this is not assumption this is a fact from my experience I went through about 2 weeks ago when my business was targeted in a scam, I gave the police photos, id, physical address car reg. I gave them everything needed to easily follow up the guys who gave me a R35k hiding and another brake shop a R45k hiding and another shop in Pretoria a R80k hiding

And they were like mmmmmmm ok we will see what we can do, i mentioned to them the other shops wanted to offer a reward and we would also add to the "honey pot" not even slightly motivated or incentivized

R10k doesn't buy you the interest it once used to,

And our shop actually does the repairs for the metro, so we know these guys well
