i know it's stupid, but i'm looking for feedback..29 or 27,5? i'll eventually buy a new bike, and i've gotten used to 29.

Then get a 29"

There has been loads and loads of discussions around wheel sizes. Do a search

Very much a body geometry vs bike geometry thing with a bit of needing to be with the herd.

For shorter riders with large feet a 29 er may not have sufficient front centre whilst allowing the bike to be nimble.

Or the bikes too long basically.

A 29er will feel more comfy with its less rigid wheels. A 650b will feel more agile due to stiffer wheels and forks

There's a pretty interesting YouTube video that goes through a somewhat scientific experiment on the three different wheel sizes.

Interesting outcome. Not so much the science, rather the discussion at the end by tester and rider...

IMHO should the bike search as mentioned often not be started with what you want to use the bike for and your physical body attributes than what size wheels?

Same guy whose previous thread was simply 'full suss or hardtail'.

No other details given, he isn't big on details.

Search the bike radar website for the test. Basically they found no statistical difference between the wheel sizes but the riders were faster on what they were familiar with
