But that doesnt mean that we must forget. Being a cheater carries a stigma, and it will stick for a long time. Its part of the deterrent. So if you choose to forgive and forget, thats your choice, I choose not too. Both side of the fence are entitled to their choice.

What results was he achieving as a doper and what results is he achieving after serving a ban? If the results are the same now as they were, then we must assume that he is still doping?

Can you dope during a suspension and come back to racing with all the gains you made during that period, but just ensure that all of the dope is out of your system by the end of your suspension?
