I use none ..... maybe just a 'harda$$' though

Hmm I ride more than that and don't bother. Guess i'm lucky enough to not suffer from saddle sores.

Assos cream is the best by a long shot.

 

Tried plenty of others - always go back - happy to donate the remainder of the experiments...

For 4 days a week - nothing

For a 200/300 km Audax - bit of Milkobalm Udder Cream (Dischem)

For Epic/Cape Pioneer - a fair bit of Milkobalm

I also never used these creams but always have some or other sore on my ass. Used AssMagic samples in a 3 day race 2 wknds ago and my bump is o soft it feels like a baby's butt. Will use AssMagic on every ride longer than 1.5hrs from now on

Assos the best by a country mile in my opinion. Costs a bit more but if you have cheap tackle use cheap cream. I use Assos because I'm worth it.

As a chamois cream ignoramus, please explain how to use it. I bought a tub once and have never tried it.

 

Rub it in, leave it thick and sticky, apply to chamois directly? Please enlighten me.

put on your bibs, grap a hand full, apply to contact area where you have the most issues, go wash your hands, go ride your bike
