chaps..I dont know what it was..but it was hard work out there. I didnt feel the heat that much..but apparently it was hot. I had some dark moments from cato electrical along the harrison flat and till about capmperdown...and then some mates gave me some gummi juice and i started to get a second wind

I think my mind get me through..and i am glad to sitting at home..bathed...feet up and watching the finish

Congrats! I really miss my Comrades days

One of my club's runners is 3kays out with 20 minutes left....  Looks like he's gonna come in after cut off unless he finds something in his legs to push the pace in these last 3!

Definitely doable if your legs are strong enough to run the downhill

He's listed as 500m out and the cutoff has just finished.... Looks like he's missed it...

Pitty!

How was the 'tracking' done? Live updates or a prediction based on previous times at timing mats?

Looks like the live tracker worked. It was accurate with everyone else's finish. The estimation was close too. It did use the pace average of the previous split to predict.

According to the online tracker you and Stretch were pretty close to each other for a lot of the run.....I was wondering if you had met up before the finish

WELL DONE ALL

HUGE RESPECT

I did yell Hello Stretch, but he just smiled and waived lol

Tomorrow marks a very special day for me. It will be the tenth Comrades in a row that I will not be doing.

I would like to use this opportunity to thank my sponsors: Spur, KFC, Olof Bergh, Castle, Wimpy, and XXL Clothing.

Enjoy!

Dude, you must know that I laughed ugly when I read this the first time!
