PMB first choice for me, not sure what time we will arrive in PMB so safe bet will be late afternoon.

So watching the Comrades today, I so want to do it again. But I don't want to give up Cycling entirely.....

stretch report back...took an 8:30 pacing chart and was about 10 minutes ahead of it all the way to pinetown bridge....and thats kind of where the wheels fell off. Next check point was bottom of cowies and I was still on pace, but had lost my 10 minute advantage so I knew I wasnt going to make my goal. stumbled in in 8:38 which I am still pleased with...but my word...that down run is brutal. those last 2 km's I just couldn't bring myself to run at all

Reading these Posts Makes me want to do the Comrades Again Next Year (after a long Hiatus  took up Cycling)... I guess I have to choose between 36one and Comrades. Probably cant do both...

FOMO was eating me alive yesterday.

 

Stretch, you klapped it... 10 minutes out over that distance is like a hole in one on a par 5  ;)

Well done to everyone else, I'm sure the memories will live long in the memory!
