Stretch Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 stretch report back...took an 8:30 pacing chart and was about 10 minutes ahead of it all the way to pinetown bridge....and thats kind of where the wheels fell off. Next check point was bottom of cowies and I was still on pace, but had lost my 10 minute advantage so I knew I wasnt going to make my goal. stumbled in in 8:38 which I am still pleased with...but my word...that down run is brutal. those last 2 km's I just couldn't bring myself to run at all ScottCM, shaper, Beesrib and 8 others 11
