After that I was fine and all the niggles are gone.I took last week very easy and did almost next to nothing.This week I am back in my exercise routine. Stretch, ScottCM, Hacc and 1 other 4

Haven't heard so much about her lately. Have been looking for anything on her everywhere, but she is in hiding! Really holding thumbs for her!
