Even with half the capacity of the current four-stroke MotoGP machines, if you ran a two-stroke today with the benefit of latest electronics and plenty of fuel capacity then this would be the machine to beat."

nickc Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Now for some insane 2 stroke technology: Suzuki`s world championship winning 125cc 1967 model. 125 cc 4 cylinder square 4 two stroke motor reving to 16500 rpm - what size were those pistons - madness, must have looked like little tot glasses. 12 speed gear box - top speed of 250 kph, not bad for a 2t in 1967.

Andymann Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Heard on Mix93.8 yesterday afternoon that Dave and Robbie Petersen are bringing in 3 of the Roberts KR3 500GP bikes for the legends of GP series - the bikes will be staying in SA too. That's going to be interesting to follow....
