I'm a little bit conflicted on this one. Definitely great marketing/product placement skills. Pricing is also well structured - you can see they do their homework there.

 

The science behind it is very iffy for me. BUT if it's good enough for Martin Dreyer, BURRY (RIP) et al then it can't be that bad, surely? I know they pay the bills, but you can't perform at that level with sugar water.

Just had coffee with someone who has worked closely with the respondent in the suit over the years.

 

He provides a great service and his facts are solid...but what he doesn't do well is couch his criticism in the best way, ie, there are ways to say someone is lying without calling them a liar. The suit may have some success but it is unlikely to garner the damages claimed.
