I can get into the position but it hurts like hell where the front of the seat digs into the soft bits.

drop the saddle nose by 2 degrees and take a little more weight on your knees

makes being in the drops way more comfy :ph34r:

I dropped to the beige part on one ride before...I was at Suikerbosrand and my fingers couldnt grip the brakes anymore down the one hill so I moved my hands down...

 

I am still too 'twitchy' on the dun wiel, but I think when the time is ready (maybe soon) I will move down there

 

Edit: I woudnt like flat bars though

Suits me, those drops give me nightmares....even on a wattbike :eek:

so lets up the anti a bit ...I do the invisible aero bars pursuit position when its flat and far and theres little traffic..

 

have nice flats on my wing bar for this

 

anyone else ? :ph34r:

 

Done it a few times while on the IDT but find my power drops off drastically and also the soft bits get bit uncomfy
