BaltazarMarques Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Just over a week to go and thought this deserves it's own thread. The crankworx series was epic and the Fest Series has been unreal (how much bigger are they gonna go) so this is going to be an awesome end to the freeride season!!!! No doubt, it's going to be a big and crazy Rampage. My picks:Semenuk is on fire, has so much confidence after this season and damn can the dude ride. Winning rampage would be the cherry on topRheeder, nothing to lose and would love a win after this past seasons mistakesLacondeguy is just so good at riding big... Ok, HUGE gnarly terrain and tracks and has a great trick bagZink, rides and pulls out the big stuff when it counts Actually... Scratch what I said above... The guys competing this year are all so good that it's going to be tough to call. Too many good names on the invite list - If they can all hold on and get their lines dialed, it's going to be nuts to watch and will give the judges a hard time... Can't wait!! Guest dirkieuys Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 i hope Kelly McGarry takes it this year. Didnt he flip the canyon gap last year?
kosmonooit Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Top Slopestylers don't always shine at the big freeride, and there is a larger element of luck (or bad luck) ... but BRING IT ON, thanks to Red Bull we get to see it live on-line. But where can this sport go, these guys have really taken it to the limit. Or have they ...
Stretch Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 over-rated competition - these okes have zero skills and are just stupid

Shebeen Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Take the canucks, yanks and frogs out and there's only about 10 guys left. Not sure what that says about those countries, but clearly has a good sprinkling of crazy

BaltazarMarques Posted October 6, 2015 Author Posted October 6, 2015 i hope Kelly McGarry takes it this year. Didnt he flip the canyon gap last year?Yeah it would be good for him to get in the top 10, I do like him. He has the skills, just needs to keep his bike and body in one piece. He's hard as nails!!
BaltazarMarques Posted October 6, 2015 Author Posted October 6, 2015 But where can this sport go, these guys have really taken it to the limit. Or have they ...I used to say the same about the freestyle moto x guys and every year they progress and I'm blown away so yeah, there's still plenty left to go. Fest series is pushing it at the moment...

Nick Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Looks like they've tried to address the uninformed commentary from last year with Cam McCaul supposedly doing the live stream.

Commentary was awful last year and they got a lot of flack for it. Glad they're sorting it this year.
