Think there is a limit of one per plan.

Edit: SNAP

For a 24 month period. i.e. You can do it for the next 24 months and then she can get one the following 24 months as a secondary member on your plan, but you can't both have one at the same time and get both discounts simultaneously.

Here you go.

Samson - you REALLY don't like checking before you post, do you?

Most of the answers on the attached sheet... attachicon.gifvitality_active_rewards_apple_watch_benefit_guide.pdf

You need a Disco Card too though it seems (sorry if I missed it mentioned elsewhere, haven't followed the whole thread)

Whole process managed through the Disco App

Terms - basically use the watch enough and you will pay little to nothing. Sit on your couch and you're in for full price, but interest free over 24months (still actually a good deal)

Don't know how they might crank the goals up heading forward, but the initial ones are very modest to say the least!

where do you log in to order and pay for hte watch?

Myles if one is a Vitality member do you think it is worth getting Multiplier as well if you have 1 policy with Momentum and all your other policies and medical aid and life with Discovery?  I was perked by the free Cycle Lab benifit and other tidbits like Mango Kulula barely fly DBN-CT) flight discounts etc.  Can you for example do 1 test at Dischem for your wellness screening that is valid for Discovery and Momentum at the same time?  They seem to mimic each other in so many ways - makes sense due to 1st Rand background - if one is with both you can do 1 fitness test, 1 health check etc and get points for both would be nice.

What are your thoughts on Liberty's rewards programme?  They seem like laggards.

If you make use of the benefit, absolutely. If you've got a life policy with them, it'll reduce your premiums quite substantially, and the flight and some shopping benefits are good. Mainly the Life premium savings that make it worthwhile though.

It's a totally different fitness test, so you can't use the Vitality one. You'll have to do the Momentum one, and I must admit I'm not that clued up on how to do that (we don't generally sell Momentum Life and / or multiply. They're generally more expensive than the rest of the market, and we are heavily invested in Vitality at the moment) Multiply DO have the Smart Shopper multiplier though...

However - there's no reasoni why you can't use the same BP / Chol / HIV / Glucose test results for both Multiply and Vitality. They're not exclusive to Vitality - they're done through various labs and pharmacies, and you just send the proof off to Disco or Momentum

Liberty - yeah. Tried that, didn't work. Flimsy at best, but their gym benefit is good. That's it though. They've modeled it as if Gym is everything. Momentum & Discovery have tied it to the Life policies, so there's a tangible long term benefit.

But lately, Vitality is just innovating so fast.

As for the joint ownership - that's a negative. Disco health USED to be managed by Momentum, in its infantcy. Then they went on their own, and FRB still had a stake in them. Not anymore. Not for a while now.

Anyone having issues with points pulling through this week?

Did 2 IDT sessions this week, and only points from 1 has pulled through?

Nope, last night's IDT session has come through, as has the gym visit yesterday.

How do you get your points for an IDT trainer session?

I have upgraded my Virtual trainer app so I am hoping I can use my girlfriends tablet instead of my phone and therefore use my ANT + garmin HR strap (instead of the blue tooth one for my phone) and save a workout on my garmin simultaneously, I'm trying it out for the first time tonight.

Both TrainerRoad and Cycleops Virtual Trainer sync to Strava so that's how I've been getting my points. Using my Garmin ANT+ speed/cadence & heart rate.
