Whats up with the codes for rewards? Been to the gym,after my workout I wanted the usual peanut butter bomb,but the system has an issue with wicodes,showin a "no response" on the pc screen.

A problem with Disco systems I believe, had the problem twice already.

Just got my fitness check points added... boom now on 51,200... Diamond status maintained!!

Quick and easy... Well done.

1800 more for me, so will be done on Saturday.

Hope they can sort this out, personally i don't think the reward system is going to last much longer (smoothies ect), because of the hassles and headaches.

Currently some of the vouchers are expiring a day early (so Tuesday). There is a process to redeem them. I've had no issues but to be safe I make sure I don't wait until the next Wednesday.

 

At R80 bucks a week saving I'm willing to work through a few niggles. :-)

100,000 members activated, and 300,000 smoothies rewarded would indicate that a fair number are not meeting their targets every week. When did the rewards program start (when they issued the smoothies/coffee rewards)?

 

I only activated my rewards program in October (week of the 17th-23rd), so the further one goes back, the worse the 100,000:300,000 ratio becomes.

100,000 people activated the rewards program, and only 19300 met the target during the bonus week for the teddy.

 

14500 teddy's donated and only 4800 ice creams redeemed.

Just received my Team Vitality pack, and took a chance ordering a large shirt without ever having tried the Ftech range.

 

Almost a perfect fit. Quite impressed.

When I signed up, there was an option for men's or woman's cut. The full zip is also the hidden type as opposed to the ugly looking one.

Member of one club, but taking advantage of the cash back with Vitality, so yes I guess that does make it two clubs, and a Vet's race team.

 

A bit disappointed with the 25% cash back at Carnival City, considering it's the 3rd biggest event in Gauteng (number of entries). I found out that their cash back % works on the number of claims for outdoor events points.

 

Hopefully more people claim and the discount amount goes up, not that I can claim for the event anyway.

Work out tracker...So from the Beginning of Jan the Workout tracker option has been removed off the menu...I phoned in and was told its been removed.

However i found a back door.

Select device info...

Select get started ...go to no 5 ...Workout tracker 

 

 

This takes you to the Workout tracker page where you can view your uploaded activities for weeks months year.

I gad a new one. Slow 3H30 ride with mates, ave of 107 beats per minute. Allocated 1,500 points rather than 3,000 as "intermediate"device activity.

 

Seems the rewards system crashes every Saturday when people want to enjoy their hard earned smoothie/coffee.

 

2 rewards showing Friday, none showing Saturday. A quick twitter search reveals I'm not alone.

 

Maybe the watch is less hassle, even though I already have a smart watch that is more than good enough for me.
