All the food and booze from Chirstmas eve, day and aftermath (i.e. boxing day) cost me 2.5kg... oh and yesterday wasn't pretty either. On December 23rd I was down to 100kg but now again at 102.5kg. Seems impossible but the scale (and my belly) doesn't lie.

Back onto the wagon I go...

Ag for eff!

93.3 kg

No matter what I do I just gain and gain and gain.

Injured both my feet so can't cycle and struggle to walk, but screw that. I will have to make a change.

I like your signature

I am singing that loudly, much to the annoyance of the few co-workers in today...

Rosebank would have to be one of the worst places to work at this time of year if you were trying to lose weight. Just too much temptation around.

Well, Christmas went exactly as expected. Ate way too much.

I'll delay the weigh in for as long as possible, it's not going to be pretty

That's what I thought till I actually got on the scale.

I need to stop coming into this thread.

It started out really well, looked like a great place for people to motivate each other and work towards losing some weight.

All that has happened is it degenerated into most people being unable to stick to the eating changes needed and tumbles posting pics of food to taunt everyone.

Just down the .3 kg this week. I cheated though - I cut my beard really short last night.

I shaved, blew my nose, cleaned my ears, and still only 0.3 down - but hey, after the indulgences of Christmas Eve and Christmas, I will take whatever losses I can get ;)
