93.8kg, so a modest 3 odd kg down over the 6 weeks, which is exactly on target to keep losing 500g a week.

Well done Barfly and thank you very much to Broker and the Meat Block Neighbourhood Meat Market.

I have applied for a visa to visit Randpark Ridge and as soon as it comes through I will be setting off on an epic trek to go and support them. They made the offer unsolicited, and have come through. I really appreciate it.

Actually, if truth be told, my weight loss was a bit like my riding.

Fast out of the blocks and then trying to hang in there until the end.

(As Mrs eddy is away I did treat myself to a burger with two kinds of cheese, spicy wedges and two pints of Jack Black for a late lunch in Parkhurst yesterday ...)

Shhhhh... my dinner was a double burger with blue cheese & caramelized onions on a garlic & herb panini, with sweet potato chips and chilli sauce...

Not to bad. I thought it would be much worse than this. post-85428-0-07562300-1452515217_thumb.jpg

Eat better and train more. Ez Pz.

Well done everyone.

Congrats to Barhugger + Lurch and all the okes that made notable losses.

i tried, however i proved to myself that my strategy needs refining.

i ended this a paltry 1kg lighter, and must say that i am a little disheartened by the effort that i perceive to put in versus the real world outcome.

However i still find myself motivated enough to stand in a burgerking lunch queue (was going to order a double whopper) re-evaluate my choices and walk away to have a chicken salad instead.

So i am interested in keeping this going, and urge all to do the same.

You shouldn't be disheartened, you lost 1kg.

Any losses over this time of year should be applauded.

Yes I know it is easy for me to look on the bright side because I did fairly well, but my point is still valid. ;) (and remember, second is the first loser :P )

If nothing else, we at least learnt to watch what we eat a bit closer.

Since many people are in still in the 90s, maybe we should continue this thread with a goal of "breaking the buffalo" - or getting back down into the 80s?

I know its my target - anyone else?
