To Jaapie of The Bike Migration company. Standing in the sun for over 1.5 HOURS (see pics) yesterday to drop our bikes off for Argus was NOT acceptable.  post-39410-0-45666800-1456751429_thumb.jpgpost-39410-0-31646100-1456751434_thumb.jpg

This is going to be good.

First time poster opens up with a ripper. Got to ask, if Elliot is so good, then why didn't he go with them in the first place?

My guess is that he used Bike Migration cause they were cheaper or more conveniently located for delivery and collection.

I rode Saturday morning then dropped my bike off around 12:00pm.  I was the only one there. In and out within 5 mins

So if you are going to wait till last minute on the last day for drop off of bikes, like everyone else... then expect queues

I do agree that people waiting until the last minute to drop off their bikes are seriously stupid.. You have made so many preparations for this race, organize yourself better.

But I also have to agree with the point that the guys who offer the service should be better prepared.

I have used them for I think 5 or 6 years in a row and never had problems. Always drop of on the Saturday and in and out in 10 mins tops. Even at collection time and drop off in CT, service was fine for me. Surely two more rides over the weekend will not make you fitter. You only risk an injury, crash, ....... Us fun riders rest the weekend before a Biiiig race.   :whistling:

I always wonder about this "whine on thehub" approach. Surely a call to Japie is way more effective than a general hubwhine hoping that Japie will see it?

1 post + no pic generally = hubster trying to whine in cognito...

Stop cycling if you are going to be whining about everything. .. soo tired of seeing this crap on the hub! I was there on Sat morning, in and out in less then a minute.

There were 3 days given for dropping off bikes... how dare all the people leave it to the last minute to drop off their bikes and inconvenience the OP!
