Unless your employer specifically threatened to fire you or you suffered actual losses other than your dignity I say drop it and move on before this thing becomes even more toxic than it already is. I don't see what you stand to gain by involving lawyers, leave the big battles for the important stuff.100%Going to inform them of the situation today and see what happens. Now they're trying scare tactics. Unlikely that they'll pursue this further, even "Jus" can't be that thick...

And after a few years he eventually finished his studies. But no on else realised he did as he was there for a few number of years. So he decided to stay. For free nogal. Until one day he complained about the quality of the breakfast... Once you open this can of worms, you better be prepared. Just think about this for a second: somewhere on here somebody posted that they know you as a hothead...how do you think that single point will be used when lawyers discuss the type of person you are? Everything around it will be ignored. They will dig until they find whatever it is they want to find. Pick your battles. This isn't it in my opinion.

At the PWC corporate day a couple of years ago they took out one of the guys that works (and rides) with me whilst passing him - they were on their second lap. The sense of entitlement is amazing.

They have a legal team waiting like bloodhounds and I have nothing. I know I did not utter that k word. And so help me YHUW, He knows me! I will not call another person the k-word. (had a very severe beating when I was a little boy when I called our gardener the k-word before 1994 and was brought up in a house where all people are respected) Don't worry bud, just like LAnce and his legal teams(s)....their name has already turned into mud... their only way out will be an all out public apology to you and your wife followed by disciplinary action against the particular team members
