I am no longer a CWC client for this reason. Just do your own research and walk in knowing what you want, ask for product, not advice. They still are the cheapest 90% of the time and have variety, can't fault them on that.

Pah Bear Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 I agree that not all staff at CWC are as knowledgeable as some of us would expect, but ... instead of just moaning here, I went directly to Oom Chris and complained. He apologised for the mishap, resolved my problem and ... gave me 2 freebies to "ease the pain". I continue to buy there because they resolve my problems to my satisfaction.

It was effective 1 August and as far as I understand, father and son stay on and run it for 3 years.
