Got fleeced the other day for probably the last kickr in Joburg. Set up in the corner of the lounge so I can connect laptop to the TV screen, plus my wife has taken over the spare room as an office whilst I bugger around out here.

Did a 10km zwift ride to test it out and got absolutely smoked!

I hope you were laying flat in those drops to get as aero  as possible!

Weight dopers bru.

I mistakenly set my weight 2kg too heavy... I mean, it's training so I never changed it.

Train heavy, race light!!!

I tried a bit of this weight doping last night on my ride where I went nowhere and sweated a lot.

It still sucked. I still sweated buckets. I still kukked off and at the end of it all I was still in my lounge. And if I was able to go ride outside I'd still be the fat unfit slob that I am so I'm not sure why people bother TBH.

Monday or Tuesday, AM or PM

I'll set up a race on Rouvy, just let me know what time would be most suitable

The short ones on Rouvy has lots of climbing.

Ok but i like them short and sweet

Maybe next week Mon / Tue, starting a new job on Wed and not sure what time i'll be getting home

Great just need to establish a +/- time frame

Tuesday would be better for me, also cant do early mornings as I have to consider noise of the trainer and my neighbours below....

I'll give Dexter some time to respond and then set it up for Tuesday 16h30 if that's ok with you guys

It will be short and sweet

So as not to side track the pain cave thread, I've started a Rouvy ride / race thread under RIDING, GROUP RIDES rides

Paincave.? Really.!!

That view almost makes going out on the road unnecessary. LOL

hahahaha I rode the Zwift D'Huez yesterday for the 1st time.

I managed 66 minutes. I will try to go under an hour tomorrow. I know what to expect now.

The wife and I are busy doing a big reshuffle of the house today so the 'safe place' has been moved....

You can make bike lighter by removing your tube repair toolkit under saddle...

The punctures in the virtual realms is very minimal  :whistling:
