@=40+( 10 Index) Above(Could be top 500 in age)

# = Tandems

1A = Elites (10 Index) but not  +-2 as per $

%= Woman

1B = as per Index mix

 

 

What I make of all this

I'm seeded 1A and that is with my wife on the tandem.

Think the time table is incorrect or something not lekker there, 1A starting same time as elite ladies?
