Patchelicious Posted October 4, 2016 Share Thanks guys.....He also claims that I removed the stickers off the original Syncro rim and replaced it with a much cheaper rim.....I know that wheel decals are not re-usable...CORRECT?At one point when he first called me(2 days ago) he claimed that " I told him they were Mavic wheels and they are not".......I am soooo serious...... I am shocked that people like this even walk among us.....I would suggest that you post his Hub name so that we can avoid selling things to him in the future. Whatsup! Posted October 4, 2016 Share Well I think this gives us a taste of what bike shops and suppliers go through on a daily basis.I promise I did not crash. It just fell off. It was the first time I rode the bike etc. Now you need to prove that it is not a stress mark or that it was there when he bought. Assisting him would go against everything I stand for...... He claims that because I am a frequent "TRADER" on the hub I MUST GIVE HIM A REFUND...... They caught a guy, who tried to claim a new frame on his warranty, supplier declined.So he proceeded to drive over his bike with his bakkie, and tried to claim from his insurance saying he "fell".
