Is that peptopro still going..can't believe. Tried that once and it was the worst thing ever, so disgusting

Agree. Probably some people enjoy the taste

Changed from FiT to 32Gi a few months ago ... using the endurance and race drinks, foodbars, energy gels and G-shots. Really like that 'snap back' opening of the packaging of the gels and g-shots, no more biting off the top of the supagoos and trying to get it and the sachet back in my pocket!

 

Find it a lot more palatable and does the job for me, only use supplements when racing. Training on water and very occasionally for long ones a banana

Water, water and more water. Some nuts and dates for real long runs.

 

Oh yes, I found Rehydrate Sport at my local chemist and so use that in my second bottle on long rides or after when I'm relaxing after a long ride. That's it.

Enervit. They sponsor our team but it really isn't bad at all. If we weren't sponsored I would probably go with USN due to their very good pricing.

I also use it - mostly because a mate drops off 5kg tubs every so often- inevitably it expires before being finished.
