This morning a cyclist was declared dead after being struck by a taxi on the R114 by Cedar Road in Nooitgedacht.

 

EMER-G-MED's M07 arrived at the scene to find that the patient had sustained multiple fatal injuries.

 

JMPD's specialist Accident Investigation Unit was at the scene to investigate.
