Long Wheel Base Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 I unfortunately didn't log anything on Saturday. Although I made my maximum steps and calories for my multiply active day I never logged 20 mins. So I am effectively out. Kalahari Vegmot Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Mmmmmm... I waited about half an hour for my cellphone to pick up GPS signal tonight; that meant running in the dark... But a run is a run nonetheless, and it beats 45° any day!

Went for a walk when we got home from the coast- GPS thought we were still at the coast, 1200km from actual start point. So the 3km actual walk which was done in 20 min registered as a run of 1203km in 20min - a pace of about 60,5km/min...kills my normal stats, makes pro-runners wonder who I am etc etc. FIT file available for review. You can trim the gpx/tcx file and then re export and upload to strava...

Last 2 days have been tough due to a crash and surgery on Tuesday.... but that's not going stop me.
