The one "issue" I did have was when a product was marked as in stock and actually wasn't. Was immediately notified and offered a refund, split delivery or to wait a few days while they ordered in the new stock.

Perhaps he have never seen or heard of them before and want to make sure from people that use online shops regularly that they are all good to go. Pretty normal question for someone that is either new to cycling or new to online shopping. I would like to find out more about CWC or even CRC before I make a purchase from them if I have never heard of them before. Easybike is not as famous as some of the other online retailers thus people will be cautious.

Sorry, dont wanna step on toes, but as Hennie said, Ive never heard of them, the price of the item Im interested in is kinda too good to be true....and you know what they say about something that's too good to be true: It usually is. I would have just called them and chatted a bit to get an idea of legitimacy. Judge them on how quick they respond to queries etc. As a first timer to any online store, what would make you feel secure to buy something?
JCA12 Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 I'm currently waiting on an order from them. Have used them a couple of times before and great service.This order has taken longer than expected. But I received an email from them last week stating that they are waiting on their suppliers who should have the goods there this week. I understand that sometimes stock can be an issue with online retailers, and I am happy that they have kept me informed up to now. I will still use them in future.
