Cruz Addict Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Hey guys, has anyone looked into hydro dipping a frame as a refereb?i have seen this done many time and am looking at doing this for my road bike as a refresh project.'just curious if anyone else have done anything like this?below is a vid of the process:

Big_Al Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Looks like it would make for an interesting project! How would you get it to wrap around the tubes? Or would you have to dip from both sides of the tubes, chain stays might get a bit tricky!!

Cruz Addict Posted January 26, 2017 Author Posted January 26, 2017 ok so i have found a company close to me that will do it for me, i am looking at getting my DH 661 helmet and my road bike frame done. the price for the frame is R1800 and the helmet is R700.exactly how specific the design can be etc i have no idea but will let you guys know once i have some feedback and a test case as such for the project.
