Or a fat bamboo bike - to make the frame stiffer

and the 27.6 version. This one started it all for them and was being built in the guys shed for orders in the evening after his day job... thankfully he's quit that now.

If you haven't already, check out Babah bikes..

They TIG weld an array of super fun looking steel bikes, build custom and stock and are quite reasonable.

Their dual suss is super sexy...

Carbon for racing - steel for passion.

Steel is floppy and heavy and wonderful :-)

How can something be both floppy and good for passion?

Funseeker, Hottail........?

So what funky stuff are you gonna be doing to the frame?

I wanted the hot tail, had it in my basket and in my size. Waited too long to pay and it vanished. SO I had to settle for the funseeker. I got the 650b/26er version.

My build is still long from being completed. Waiting for hubs, chain ring, rotors to arrive.

Then I still need a seatpost.

I am considering a suspension seatpost. Any thoughts on this guys?

Sounds lekke. I opted for the 29er, got most parts ready for the build just need odds and ends, seatclamp, bar etc. Wanna expriment down the line with 27,5+ hence going for the 29er

Will probably also somewhere along the line look at doing a custom paintjob on it too
