Admin is well aware of him, he tried to flous my brother multiple paid for a fork and he never sent it, eventually getting hold of his father and wanting to open a case, his father then paid my brother the monies

If you follow the paper trail you'll see a connection with one of the Bloemfontein bike shops. Doubt very much that they are involved in his dealings though.

Should the allegation hold any water that admin is aware of such criminal activity, then surely admin holds the key to ban such member for life, or take appropiate messures in warning fellow hubbers. I would assume responibilty lies with admin in banning/exposing/warning criminal activity or else you are protecting and giving criminal activity knowingly a platform.

Just from this thread you can get his name, phone nr, email address, home address and place of work. Shouldn't be too hard for anyone that have been scammed to take appropriate action.
