Short answer is no but you can have one made. What wheel size is it for? That A2C is something you would find for a 26er but those usually only come in QR.

Bike is an old-school 26 litespeed, with super steep HA and an old battered 80mm Manitou Scarab. So looking for a 450mm rigid which would be similar to a 100mm travel 26 fork. Hopefully slacken everything up a bit. Also have an old 650B front which I might try, make it even more leisurely.
