Where do i read up on my seeding? I checked website but didn't see?

Usually get an email.

Weather sites all basically use the same algorithms from weather stations (i think).

Most accurate i found is windguru - however it usually only provides for sites with water bodies nearby. I just extrapolate accordingly.

I'm in Batch C - which is the same as my too ambitious PPA MTB seeding - I think I'm more at home in D or E.

Yes perfect MTB conditions - but I'd take a 100mm of rainfall on Saturday over a good MTB ride anyday at this stage.

I got an SMS this morning:

Hi GmtbR

Thanks for entering DBX17 30km, C.

Event starts May 27th 06:00, your batch at 09:40.

www.entryninja.com

Weird that it says I start at 9:40am when start time on website says from 8:05 every 5 minutes...so would assume C starts at 8:15.

Anyway will see at preregistration on Thursday.

anyone know how seeding will work on the day? i'm in for bone crusher but nowhere does it indicate my seeding batch on my number board. it seems all bone crusher riders has white boards with black numbers. do we perhaps get scanned into our chutes?

doing the 75km.. just hit me... that is going to be a looong ride on the bike. especially with most of the bad climbing at the end. Think I need to start drinking anti cramp now already

Tomorrow will once again show why this race/ride is fast becoming one of the must do events each year, nevermind the free beer and live music at the end.

Been doing every single Dbx event for the last three years, and fell in love with this little dorpie,so much that we,as a family, packed up our hectic city lifestyle end of last year, and settled in Darling permanently, and never looked back for one second.

Weather will also be perfect,but with a chilly,as always,start.

Some rain has fallen over the past 48h up until this morning, which should make for a more rideable and enjoyable route,as some trails really needed some water.
