LeEquipe states that Pippo Pozzatto was due to retire at the end of the season but, Wilier Triestina boss persuaded him to continue for 2018.

what's the chances of Gerro retiring at the end of the season?

I don't know maybe... he's 37 but apparently Orica keeps you till 40 if you look at Hayman.

Agree. He ran out of team members way too soon on most of the stages in the Giro. With a greater team around him I think he could be the next Froome (sorry Cav' for mentioning THAT name) LOL
