Morning,  I can not seem to start the download for Windows PC. no pop up  starts, used 2 different browsers. not working

Its a problem on their website. been happening for both mac and pc.

I have been experiencing an issue, wherby the onscreen messaging just does not work.

 

I like to ride the big group rides, like the organized by PACK and ZHCC events, which attract large numbers. But, I cannot see messages from the ride leader. I also cant see when i get a ride on. I lodged a ticket, and Zwft support blame my connection (i have vumatel fiber).

 

I think its a copout - and believe thst this issue is more widespread - the server issues in the last couple of weeks have been quite significant as-more people in the Eurozone are taking to Zwift as it gets colder.

 

I am running The IOS ver on an Ipad. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this specific issue.
