Bought a pair of Shoes online with ASG on Tuesday morning and paid.

No tracking number, I have called them a few times, they ask me to leave a number which I did, no one calls back, I call in again, they have no idea about my order buy promise to call back, so I leave my number, repeat a few times, outcome, no one as any clue on this order.

 

ASG Online you have a lot to learn, the world has moved on.

Strange, I ordered a pair of Rudy Project lenses on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. 

 

Also did not receive and tracking nr etc, but with delivery that quick I did not mind

 

Hope your order gets sorted ASAP

Ja, I just called them, spoke the a third person, this guy this guy knew what was happening, he said there was a delay in the warehouse buy he will ship today.

I dont mind not getting a tracking number if it comes the next day, buy if there is a delay just inform the client, its how this work today.

ASG Online you have a lot to learn, the world has moved on.

Check the other thread as well. These guys have no clue about customer service or service in general. Took over two weeks to get a refund after the advertised shoes, then claimed it wasn't in stock, even though the website continued to show stock and then never bothered to respond to any of my emails.

Funnily enough, they have a presence here on the Hub it seems. You think there'd be an incentive to pick up the pace, customer-servicewise....

agree here, they are crap...... Took 2 weeks for a pair of shoes to be delivered to me, 3 calls and a email later. i returned the shoes, refund took 2 weeks also, also with 3 calls and a email later. They did refund me though and i did thank them. Shoes didnt fit.

Same here. Placed an order. A week later I send a follow up email, no response. I call to follow up, will call me back - never happend. Today the package shows up after 10+ days with zero communication in between.

why are people still using ASG? - in a world where competition is rife, service is your biggest weapon. they have none to speak of.

Communication... Cannot stress the importance enough! I am involved in 3 online businesses (all in different industries), and we do drop the ball at times/delays happen, but a simple call/e-mail/whatsapp just with an update and 99% of people understand and are ok with it. Communication is so easy (and free), I just don't get why some businesses cannot get it right. For Pete's sake - the customer literally puts bread on your table.

 

EDIT: The above is in no way aimed at ASG, I have no experience with them. Just intended as a general statement.

Agreed, don't know what is sadder, their customer service or the fact that they will maybe only reply after a week on this thread
