We try time our work with pending rain, we even have a water tank but the drought has made it tricky to use without being questioned... We'll make a plan though. Sorry about the crash, thanks for the info.

Rode it yesterday and there are some very sandy sections in the 1st third of the trail where the front wheel begins to drift seriously but it's mainly maintenance and some vegetation trimming lower down. Some loose rocks that have rolled onto the track too.

Needs a bit more cutting, actually the whole track does, we've just started with the worst. PS. There'll be a few more single tracks popping up around the place. All will finally link together to form a whole new network which includes a dedicated climbing trail. It's not often we have more projects than we can afford.

This is so important on a lot of levels.That is besides the safety marshals, assistance to injured riders, medical evacuation coordination, trail building, repairs etc.
