I said summary, not make me jealous !

Lol.. we all are coverage only started at 4.

Break only established with less than 100km to go.

Pinot was in the break and attacked multiple times from within the break, his teammate did well but couldn't hang around with him all the way.. BMC had 3 in the break and eventually De Marchi broke free with a Katusha rider who he then dropped in the last 5km to take the win. Back in the peloton Movistar did the work EFF upped the tempo towards the end and late attack from Nairo separated some of the GC guys.

In the end Pinot only gained 11 sec.

According to one report the road book in Spain is less than reliable and local riders are saying there are some steep ramps on the route today that aren't noted or under played and could spoil the bunch gallop. Could be be another fun one and would scream a classics rider like a Sagan or Valverde. Longest stage of the race and summit finish tomorrow could play a part.

"The Route: 181km and a trip to the Punta de Estaca de Bares, Spain’s northernmost point with the finish by the lighthouse on the cape. After 40km the race reaches the coast and there are several short, sharp climbs and it’s exposed although the weather forecast predicts quiet 10-20km/h onshore breeze. The day’s main ascent is above San Pedro, 7km at 5% and all on a narrow road followed by a fast descent and then more climbing before reaching the sprint in Ortigueira and then a quick loop south via a climb and some wooded roads before returning to reach the cape. It’s all on twisty roads that aren’t suited to big sprint trains, it’s more like a early season semi-classic"

 Maybe he'll start climbing better now?

Well he has not been doing badly the last few days. Moved up from 27th to 20th but lets see what happens tomorrow. It is uphill for a long distance, After tomorrow's stage you will be able to gauge a bit better.
