Because, contrary to what some on the Hub believe, South Africa is not the k@kest place in the world.

 

And that the roads aren't as dangerous as some mountain bikers believe either.

possibly they come here because the owner of Quick Step has close ties to SA - he owns Klein Constantia wine farm - he encourages them to come out here for the CTCT etc

 

but this happens everywhere

They come here because its raining and freezing back in Belgium & the rest of Europe right about now.
