Strongs, remove your dentures before each stage or fasten your bra straps. Stunning, stunning, stunning work on that frame, it's a thing of beauty.

Allrounder Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 It is not waxheads first rodeo with this beast. He has done a couple of stage races on this bike. It is a South African developed bike if I remember correctly! nice Contraband 983 Reynolds. Where is your little straw hat???

Although similar to his Contraband, this new bike appears to be something custom built by Mercer Bikes.

His previous partner pulled out with two weeks to go, so his old man borrowed his sisters pink Nishiki and did it. His old man did some road riding in his day, but really did not train at all

IH8MUD Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Awesome bike Max. I have been ogling that build on Mercer's IG. May I ask if there was is reason you went for sliding dropouts this time in stead of EBB like on the Rogue? Or was it just more feasible to build? Best of luck with the Epic.
