Altus is the best you can get, top of the range crisp shifting.What you need to check is if it is actually made of platinum or cheaper chromoly. Use a magnet, if it sticks then unfortunately you don't have the really expensive model.

Eugene Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 That's pretty old. I think about 1999 or so. I have a magazine somewhere where that did a review on it. That particular model was unique to SA. Info on it may be pretty scare on the internet I might be wrong on this, but it may have been designed by Victor Momsen (now of Momsen Bikes). He would have worked for them at the time.
