I just saw something very funny.

There's a website called whatsonzwift. Go to the workouts>>Training Plans tab.

I'm looking at the TT Tune up training plan. ALL of those workouts are on Rouvy. So you can follow that training plan on Rouvy. I just searched for the workout names on Rouvy and they are all there.

*Edit. Ok not all of them but it just so happens that the TT Tune up ones are all there. I looked at Gravel Grinder and they aren't there.

we should arrange a Group ride, not sure how to but a race is a bit hectic.

I've been forced to do a "program" to get strong for Sani (I'm not sure why it's apparently all downhill) so I'm out.

Yip, just use Trainerday to select a workout and send it to Rouvy. If you are deadset on using Zwift workouts, its fairly easy to replicate a zwift workout using whatsonzwift and trainerday workout creator.

You can export Zwift workouts, convert them and use them in Rouvy if you want

I also opted for a training program for the Sani(Really worked), Still made time to ride socially over week-ends, everyone moans about day 2, just Iconic you have to get over then it is a jol.

Bru if they go out of business then we have to do that stupid Zwift cartoon game and then we all lose

Try RGT Cycling again before you go to Zwift, lots of real roads to ride, also have events, can upload GXP files and have you very own magic road, whilst you wont get the graphics of the actual route you will still get the feel.  Also ability to import workouts as well as use theirs and their training plans

But don't think Rouvy will go out of business anytime soon, they been around a long time.

I have tried it and it was very slow with the App and the laptop having to work together, I have a I5 Laptop with 8 gig ram and a 50mbps Fibre line, will try again.

Ok Ok Ok. Laaaaaaaast comment on the training programs.

There's a Cape Epic training plan on Zwift. It's not so much a training plan but 16 workouts designed by Annika Langvad.

I've created all of these 16 workouts into Rouvy. I've only done 2 but as I do them I'll make them public.

obviously on Rouvy AR?

It doesn't actually say, except for "Every day, we strive to provide you with the best Augmented Reality Cycling Experience", so I assume Rouvy AR.

It appears that the old app is not getting any love at all anymore.

From replies on the post on Facebrick, ANT+ support is coming to the new app "very soon", and that workouts will also come to the new app "soon".
