What is the deal with them? Do they compete?I really don't care if people ride these things. If you are old/disabled, by all means go ahead. If you buy your wife an e-bike so that she can keep up when you go out together, good. Brownie points.If you want to ride your electric bike on the Sani, do the Trail. Or the Adventure. He even had a what could only be described as one of those old suitcase holders the girls in primary school used to use on the back of their bikes with a spare battery attached. I was mid field and he wasn't much of an issue. Looked like he was k@kking off more than me to be honest. I'm not happy to see them in events. The only whining I want hear on the trails is my partner suffering. Not some bikes electric motor. With what looked like in this specific case, just a lazy dude on it. peds Posted May 13, 2018 Share Spoke to a guy at start of trail on ebike. He said that their time would not be counted so they would start in same batch each day. They were just there to have fun. Not sure If this was the case I dropped a couple of batches after day 1. Each to their own, they should make their own category like tandem I guess.
