I would throw WvA and Velverde in there.....

I would say Allaphilipe is missing and would most likely win.

Not sure how to spell his name though

Has anyone figured out how to download the TdF 2019 app for Iphone? Is not available on the SA store

Just use the Tour Tracker app.

Yeah, okes with their long sock propaganda dressed up as 'porn' have had this day coming. The levels of intimidation that us shorter sock guys have had to endure at the hands of these guys has been relentless. Thankfully the UCI has cast aside those silly distractions around micro-doping, womens racing and the like and focused firmly on the big issues. Chapeau.

Obviously we not advocating secret socks here as that's just perverted.

Talk about amazing PR for Jumbo, massive re launch of the stores in Belgium this month and their sponsored team in yellow in Brussels for both days.

ROI to the max!!!

REALLLY loving this team currently.

As noted before, think they will put down some effort today to keep Yellow within the team, which should be easy given WvA and Steven Kruiswijk who is gunning for GC is sitting 2nd and 3rd so should be fine as long as the peloton comes over the line in a fairly intact bunch. (I am assuming Theunissen won't be able to follow on all the inclines, but I might be wrong)

WvA for stage victory is probably not too much of a long shot call today...

Anyone else noticed the stark doping hypocrisy present at the Tour this year?

The 50th anniversary of Merckx's first of five Tour victories has been celebrated and marketed across the opening weekend of this year's Tour de France although, it is quite heavily documented that he tested positive for illegal substances on 3 separate occasions between 1969 to 1977. This includes testing positive for hectic stimulants including amphetamines and norephidrines.

What strikes me as not only odd but ridiculous is that he is now being revered as a "legend" of the sport now helping generate significant media and advertising revenue after all these years have passed, whereas, riders from the modern era are disposed of onto the scrapheap of cycling history ~ as they arguably should be.

Would love to know what the UCI's and ASO's respective positions are on doping in 2019 because no points for figuring out what message this sends.

Where are the Alpine fans with their large inflatable syringes when you need them?

Also, sock-height laws are quite ridiculous.
